When you hire Sunflower Events, the goal is that the stress of wedding planning just rolls off your shoulders. This day should be about you, your families, and your friends, let us be there to help make that happen!

Free initial consultation meeting

Unlimited communication (email, text, phone call) during normal business hours

Assistance with day-of timeline creation and management

Assistance with payment tracking (by request only)

Final venue walk-through 2-4 weeks before the wedding (depending on venue)

Two final detail meetings – one month and one week before the wedding

Pearl Package
The Pearl Package is for the couple that is all set on most of the details and just needs help executing the day. This is our basic coordination package and does not include any décor set-up or tear-down (other than basic room flip for the head table only). This package offers 6 in-person hours on the day of the wedding.

Ruby Package
The Ruby Package is for the couple that has some more moving pieces and may need additional help on the day-of. This is our intermediate coordination package and can include décor set-up or tear-down and / or a full room flip. This package offers 9 in-person hours on the day of the wedding and one additional detail meeting two -three months out from the wedding day.

Starting at $1,600
Diamond Package
The Diamond Package is for the couple that needs some help with the vendor side of planning as well as day-of execution. This is our full coordination / partial planning package and includes 12 in-person hours the day of the wedding and two additional detail meetings up to 6 months out from the wedding day. This package also includes vendor guidance, assistance with reviewing vendor contracts, and budget tracking, as needed.

Additional Gemstones

$500 (and up) for rehearsal dinner planning and coordination

​Includes booking and managing vendors for the rehearsal dinner

Additional meetings to discuss logistics beginning 2 months prior to the wedding day

$500 for separate day set-up / tear-down (travel included)

​Up to 4 hours of set-up the day before or tear-down the day after the wedding

Additional hours can be added for $50 per hour

Any travel that is more than 3 hours round-trip will require a hotel fee

​Weddings in the Kansas City Metro area excluded from hotel fee

Any travel that is more than 10 hours round-trip may require a flight and rental car fee (subject to location and discussion)

Any wedding taking place during a holiday or holiday weekend (i.e., New Year's Eve / Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Eve / Christmas Day) will be subject to an additional fee (to be discussed). Other holidays observed by the United States may be subject to additional fees, at the discretion of Sunflower Events.
